Policies
No shows & cancellations less than 24hrs before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% fee of your booked service. Should you arrive 15mins late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the service, and the same cancellation fee will be applied. Fees must be paid before rebooking with any service provider in the Spa.
